Sean O'Connor - CEO
Sean O’Connor is the CEO of International Assets Holding Corporation (“INTL”), a NASDAQ-listed diversified financial services company (ticker IAAC). He was named to this position in 2002, when Mr. O’Connor, Scott Branch, the current COO of INTL, and John Radziwill, a director of INTL, purchased a controlling interest in INTL and redefined the company’s strategy.
Since Mr. O’Connor began his tenure as CEO, INTL has become one of the top-performing financial services companies. During this period, its stock price has increased more than 25 fold, shareholders’ equity has grown more than 61 times and revenues have increased more than 92 times. IAAC was recently ranked number 49 on the Fortune 500 list with revenues of $44 billion, and the company now has more than 750 employees in 34 offices around the world.
Following the merger with FCStone in September 2009, INTL has become a leading player in the commodities industry, as FCStone, LLC is one of the top five independent Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs) in the US, with more than 10,000 customers. INTL is focused on providing value-added execution in a broad range of financial markets to primarily commercial and institutional customers seeking to mitigate risk inherent in their operations, or to simplify execution in complex markets.
Prior to joining INTL, Mr. O’Connor was CEO-Americas and Director of Standard Bank’s international operations. He spent 14 years with Standard Bank where he was part of a management team that established the international operations of the bank from the ground up. From its inception in 1992, the international operations grew to some 3,000 people around the world and established Standard Bank as a leading player in metals and emerging markets.
Mr. O’Connor started with Standard Bank as an investment banking executive focused on M&A, advisory and leveraged buyouts.
Mr. O’Connor qualified as a chartered accountant in South Africa and has degrees from the University of Stellenbosch and a post graduate degree from the University of Cape Town.
Scott Branch - COO
Mr. Branch is currently Chief Operating Officer (COO) of INTL. He joined the Company as President in 2002. He was previously with SBL for 8 years and served on the Executive Committee and Country Risk Committee. Mr. Branch was specifically responsible for establishing an emerging market trade finance origination and distribution business for Standard. During this period Mr. Branch established Standard as a leader in this market, active in over 40 EM countries. Mr. Branch was responsible for managing a total portfolio of over $400mm in emerging market trade finance and syndicated loan exposure. More recently, Mr. Branch was transferred to Turkey to establish an office for SBL and take management responsibility for the Eastern Mediterranean.
Paul G (Pete) Anderson - President
Mr. Anderson was President and CEO of FCStone before becoming President of INTL in October 2009 when INTL and FCStone merged. He was raised in the grain business, learning elevator and grain operations from his family who managed private and cooperative organizations throughout the Midwest. As a professional, he managed elevators for 12 years in Kansas while working within the cooperative system. For the past seven years, he has served as President and CEO of FCStone and the seven years prior he held the position of Vice President of Operations for FCStone. Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Anderson developed and was Division Manager of the Integrated Marketing Program, a program designed to assist organizations in the development and implementation of their risk management programs. Anderson received a B.S. degree in accounting from Truman University in 1976. Before joining Farmers Commodities Corporation, he managed and worked for three cooperative organizations in Kansas from 1976 to 1987. He is past president of the Kansas Cooperative Council and the past founding chairman of the Arthur Capper Cooperative Center at Kansas State University. Anderson currently sits on several cooperative boards and is a member of NCFC, the National Feed and Grain Association and several state associations.
William Dunaway - Chief Financial Officer
William Dunaway most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of FCStone since January 2008. He assumed the role of CFO of International Assets Holding Corporation in October 2009. Mr. Dunaway has over 15 years of industry experience with the company, or one of its predecessor companies, previously as Executive Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Accounting and Finance with responsibility over the regulatory accounting of FCStone, LLC.
Brian Sephton - Legal and Governance Officer
Brian Sephton joined the Company in December 2004 and currently serves as Legal and Governance Officer. Mr. Sephton previously worked for the Standard Bank Group, a global emerging markets financial services group headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa. From 1999 until earlier in 2004 Mr. Sephton was employed as Senior Vice President with Standard New York Securities Inc. in Miami, Florida, with responsibilities for managing the activities of an office specializing in Latin American investment banking and investment advisory businesses. From 1997 to 1999 Mr. Sephton was managing director of Standard Bank Jersey Ltd, a private bank, with responsibilities for all aspects of the bank's business, both customer-facing and operational. Mr. Sephton qualified and practiced both as a chartered accountant and an attorney in South Africa.
James Tivy, Group Controller
James W. Tivy joined International Assets in 2008 and currently serves as its Group Comptroller. From 2006 through 2007 Mr. Tivy served as the Manager of Financial Reporting for Hard Rock International, which was a subsidiary of Rank Group, Plc. From 2004 until 2006 Mr. Tivy served as the Accounting Manager of Faro Technologies, Inc., a NASDAQ listed corporation. Mr. Tivy has been a CPA since 1995.
David Bolte, Secretary and Corporate Counsel
David Bolte was appointed as the Company’s Corporate Secretary effective January 1, 2010. Mr. Bolte has over 14 years of industry experience with FCStone, or one of its predecessor companies, most recently as Corporate Counsel, Vice-President of Compliance and Secretary for FCStone and its subsidiary companies. Mr. Bolte has been a member of the Iowa bar since 1987.

Diego Veitia - Non Executive Chairman
Mr. Veitia established INTL some 20 years ago and has remained focused on the international securities markets ever since. In 1988 he launched the Americas All Season Fund, the first global flexible fund, and became its Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Veitia is the author of two books on investing, "Global Trends" and "The Best 50 Investments for the 21st Century". Mr. Veitia's expertise in global investing has brought him to lecture on foreign investing in over 21 countries and to make appearances on CNBC, CNN and Financial News Network. Mr. Veitia was the Chairman of the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School and is a Member of the President's Council of the American Graduate School of International Management.
Jack Friedman

Mr. Friedman was elected to the Board of FCStone in January of 1996. He served as Vice Chairman from 2002 to 2009. Mr. Friedman is also currently a director of Western Dubuque Biodiesel. He has also served as a director of the Iowa Institute of Cooperatives and SIRSA.
Robert A. Miller, Ph.D.

Dr. Miller was elected as a director of International Assets in February, 1998. He currently acts as an independent consultant and was recently a member of the board of directors of The Dreman Contrarian Trust and served on its audit committee. From 2005 to August 2007, Dr. Miller served as Interim Senior Vice President and Provost of Roger Williams University, Bristol, Rhode Island. From 1998 to 2005, he was President of Nazareth College in Rochester, New York.
John Radziwill

Mr. Radziwill was elected as a director of the Company in December 2002. Mr. Radziwill is currently a director of Lionheart Group, Inc., USA Micro Cap Value Co. Ltd, Goldcrown Group Limited, New York Holdings Limited, Acquisitor Plc and Acquisitor Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. In the past five years, he has also served as a director of Interequity Capital Corporation, GP and Radix Organization Inc. Mr. Radziwill is a member of the Bar of England and Wales.
Justin R. Wheeler

Mr. Wheeler was elected as a director of the Company in November 2004. Since 2000, Mr. Wheeler has been an executive of the Asset Management Group of Leucadia National Corporation, the Company's largest shareholder and has served as President of the Asset Management Group since 2006. He also previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Investment Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of Leucadia, until 2006.
John Fowler

Mr. Fowler was elected as a director of the Company in March, 2005. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Fowler was the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of Moneygram Payment Systems, Inc. He also served as an Executive Vice President of the Travelers Group, Inc. (now Citigroup, Inc.) from 1986 to 1994. In the last five years, he has also served as a director of Air Express International Corp.
Daryl Henze

Mr. Henze was elected to the Board of FCStone in October 2006. From 2001 to the present, he has consulted in the area of finance and accounting. He serves on the Board of Directors and is Lead Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of a mutual insurance company. Mr. Henze also serves on the Board of Directors of two privately owned companies one of which he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board.
Brent Bunte

Mr. Bunte was elected as Director to the Board of FCStone Group in 2000 and was recently voted in to continue serving on the Board of Directors to the newly merged company. Mr. Bunte is currently the Chief Executive Officer of NEW Cooperative and has served in that capacity since 1997. Since 2001, he has also served on the Board of Directors for Associated Benefits Corporation.
Bruce Krehbiel
Mr. Krehbiel has been on the FCStone Board of Directors since 1986. During that time, he held the position of Vice Chairman from 1989 to 2001 and was Chairman of the Board from 2002 to 2009. Since 1986 Mr. Krehbiel has been the President and CEO of Kanza Cooperative Association in Iuka, KS, is the owner of GB Family Properties of Pratt, KS, and is a Managing Partner of Krehbiel Farms grain/livestock operation in South Central Kansas.
Eric Parthemore

Mr. Parthemore has served as a director of FCStone Group since 1996 and as a vice chairman since 2007. More recently, he was voted in to continue serving on the Board of Directors to the newly merged company. Mr. Parthemore is the President and Chief Executive officer of Heritage Cooperative Inc. From 1991-2009 he was the President and CEO of The Farmers Commission Company (formerly U.S. Commission Company). In 2009 Mr. Parthemore was nominated and selected to the National Grain Car Council of the Surface Transportation Board an agency of the US Dept. of Transportation. He is president of the Board of Directors of Cooperative Energy and is on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Agribusiness Association. Mr. Parthemore was reappointed in 2008 by the Ohio Secretary of Agriculture to serve on the Ohio Agriculture Commodity Advisory Commission.
